This Agreement is entered into between Parallel Compute (the Contractor) and the client in connection with the engagement of the Contractor's services by the client. As a result of the consideration herein, which the Parties acknowledge as adequate and sufficient, the Client and the Contractor hereby agree as follows:

Service Access

The Company will strive to make the Website available 24 hours a day but shall not be held liable if it is unavailable at any time for any reason.

  • Any contract cancellation should be notified in writing or email at least one month in advance.

We agree to the following:

  • Provide timely and professional services.
  • Please adhere to any deadlines we have agreed upon.
  • If an agreement is likely to be reached, make a reasonable number of revisions to the design, layout, colors, etc., but no more than two major revisions. We'll charge extra for revisions or design work outside the project's scope.
  • We'll discuss continuing website maintenance and support after the first 12 months.

Approval of Work

Once the work is completed, you will receive a notification and be able to review it. Any unsatisfactory points must be reported in writing within 7 days. Work that has yet to be reported to us in writing as unsatisfactory within the 7-day review period will be considered approved. The contract will be deemed complete once work is approved or deemed approved, and the 50% balance of the project price will become due.

Copyright

Parallel Compute is granted the right to use and publish the client's data, files, and graphic logos. The client must obtain any information or files that a third party copyrights. Moreover, the client is responsible for granting Parallel Compute permission and rights for the use of the same and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Parallel Compute. Getting permissions and authority is a condition of the website design and/or placement contract. It may be necessary to request permissions and authorities.

Intellectual Property

This site doesn't give you or anyone acting on you any intellectual property or other proprietary rights, like patents, designs, trademarks, copyright, or trade secrets. You won't be able to use the software or information unless expressly specified in an appropriate license or any other written agreement with" Parallel Compute. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved.

Hosting

Our client's websites are hosted on a high-speed, state-of-the-art managed cloud server with a minimum uptime guarantee of 99%. All our clients are free to request information about the exact specifications of our servers.

This contract has been written in a simple manner, but the intentions are serious, and Indian Law and Courts have exclusive jurisdiction over it.
