Refund Policy
The refund policy describes the circumstances under which Parallel Compute will issue a refund, how to claim a refund, and what Parallel Compute must do. By registering for any of our services, you are confirming that you accept all the terms and conditions outlined in the refund policy.
We use all the information we collect to improve the content of our website, notify clients of website updates, or investigate problems with their requests. Send us a letter or email if you want to avoid receiving emails from us in the future.
Scope and Coverage
- We offer refunds for refunds made by Parallel Compute and/or a website owned and managed by Parallel Compute.
- We don't cover companies that aren't owned or controlled by Parallel Compute or people that don't work for Parallel Compute. Any contract-bound third-party service provider and/or product provider, as well as any third-party websites linked from Parallel Compute.
Filing a Complaint
We encourage you to contact us for a final dialogue before requesting a refund if you are seeking a refund for the services we provide. Refund claims can only be filed if we cannot reach a common ground with you after talks.
Eligibility for a refund
We treat every project with the utmost care and professionalism. The proposal's terms and conditions should deliver the results. We consider refund requests if the client is not satisfied with the results and chooses to go through dispute resolution. The refund policy for each service includes refunds for services.
- Website
- web and graphic design
- Delivery Time
- Total refund: If the project has yet to start or the design style still needs to be approved. We'll issue a full refund after receiving the upfront payment, which will take 180 days.
- After the approval of the initial design style, there was a failure to deliver as per our delivery policy. There will be a partial refund based on the amount of work completed.
- If the project has been completed and uploaded to the server, there is no refund.
Web programming
There is an agreement for every web programming project. However, if there is no agreement and no explicit discussion of the refund policy, the following delivery policy will hold. A partial refund will be issued per the service provider's judgment if we fail to complete the project per the delivery policy and contract of agreement. The amount will be calculated by Parallel Compute, taking into account the proportion of the project completed and the proportion yet to be completed as per the pre-defined scope of the project.
Applicability of the Delivery Policy
NOTE: Parallel Compute 's delivery commitment is subject to the following:
- In the absence of clear payments, a project is not deemed void.
- The refund policy will only apply if the required information is given to us at the right time. The website owner can't be blamed if there's a delay or failure in the project due to improper communication from the client.
- Parallel Compute can only follow its delivery or refund commitments if the client's information is complete and/or complete information is provided at the beginning of the project.
- Delivery delays are not compensated under any conditions unless there's an agreement with a penalty clause.
Limitation of Liability
At any given time, Parallel Compute 's liability is limited to the value of the chunk of the project (as per our proposal) that remains incomplete. At any point in time, Parallel Compute is not liable for any losses caused by the provision of services or lack thereof. A refund is only owed if the client has canceled the project and communicated the cancellation in writing to Parallel Compute.
Processing of Refunds
Refunds will be processed and mailed within 180 business days of the date of cancellation, using the method of payment agreed upon at the beginning of the project, i.e., a check or a credit card refund.
